HEBI Nutrition

Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc. (HNC) is a community-based, not for profit (501 (c)(3)) agency formed in 1995 to educate high-risk, culturally diverse populations about nutrition strategies to prevent diet-related diseases. Hebni’s programs serve populations who may be at-risk for cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity. HNC informs participants how making healthy nutritional changes can prevent or reduce the risk of these nutrition-related diseases. A 2010 USTA Diversity Award winner…

Since 2014 we have worked with HEBNI at over 12 distinct locations in Orange County through grants provided by USTA Foundation, The Orlando Magic Foundation and The Walt Disney foundation to bring tennis and nutritional education to underserved youth in Orange County.

Their K.Y.D.S. program is an extremely popular eight-week effort to educate children and their parents about the values of proper nutrition and exercise.

USTA Foundation

Through our relationship with this non-profit and a grant from the USTA Foundation, we provide tennis instruction to over 100 children at both the center and at Fort Gatlin Recreation Center.

Orlando Health Foundation

Orlando Health Foundation generously provides office space for Posh Rock Tennis Foundation Board of Directors meetings.

Academy for Austism

The Posh Rock Tennis Foundation and the Academy for Autism have begun a pilot program. Each week, the Academy buses approximately 30 students and supervisory staff to Fort Gatlin Tennis Center, and PRTF provides pro bono tennis instruction. This is a great way for PRTF to learn about the special challenges and requirements that are needed to have a successful Adaptive Learning Program and a wonderful opportunity for the Academy to expand its efforts to provide a well-rounded experience for its students.
