Posh Rock Tennis Foundation (PRTF) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and your choices. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Orlando, Florida.

- Register for a program or summer camp

This may include your name, email address, phone number, child's name and age, and any message you choose to send. We do not collect payment information on this site; donations are handled by Zeffy.

- Respond to your questions and requests
- Process program and summer camp registrations
- Send event updates, newsletters, or announcements you have opted into
- Improve our programs and website experience
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers needed to operate our website and programs, and only when they agree to keep it confidential.
Third-Party Services
Our website and backend are built on Lovable Cloud and Supabase. Donations are processed through Zeffy. These services have their own privacy policies and security practices. We choose providers that take data protection seriously.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. Only authorized PRTF staff and volunteers can access submitted data.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can also unsubscribe from emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us directly.

Our programs serve youth. If a child under 13 submits information, we require parental or guardian consent to collect or use that information. Parents may contact us to review, request deletion, or refuse further collection of their child's information.
